Acts 6:1-7

    John the Baptist might be one of the most underestimated individuals in the scriptures. Every story about John is seemingly pointing toward Jesus. He is a messenger that it’s time to change your heart and life before the arrival of Jesus.

    "Now when these things begin to take place, stand up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

    We are entering a season full of anticipation for what God is doing all around us. We can lift our heads and be filled with hope because God’s transforming grace is so close.

    Where do you see the houses of widows being eaten up by greed? Predatory lending and unjust housing development is depriving life from the most vulnerable among us.
